We are based in Long Lake, NY in the central Adirondacks. For new builds, we serve Long Lake and neighboring communities, including Newcomb, Blue Mountain Lake, Indian Lake, and Raquette Lake.

For Cabinetry projects, we can travel anywhere within the Adirondack Park.

Determining APA approval, architect considerations, and project budget are all critical first steps in a new build. If you don’t know where to begin, please reach out and we can point you in the right direction.

We are generally booked out anywhere from 6 months to 18 months before we can begin work, but we can begin planning immediately. Once work begins, depending on the size and scope, we generally take 6-12 months to complete a new home build. Garages are much quicker.

We invoice using a “Cost Plus” model, which doesn’t always line up with bank draws. Therefore, we only work with banks on a limited case by case basis.

We are generally a few months out from beginning work on new cabinetry projects. But there is a lot of planning and prep that we work collaboratively to get started on right away. Once the build is in active process, we aim to have it completed and installed within 3 months.
